ABOUT WATERMELON

Watermelon is a Dutch AI startup that focuses on creating chatbot management software for businesses, allowing companies to create an AI chatbot without having to code. Watermelon started as a supplier of a WhatsApp management platform in 2015, which went bankrupt a year later in 2016. After a restart, Watermelon acquired Ecreation in 2017 to focus on automation possibilities through chatbots. Ecreation has been making chatbots for businesses via MSN Messenger since 2005. Watermelon has won several awards including Best Young Entrepreneurs of the Netherlands, Best Startup of the Netherlands, and was second in Best Startup in Europe at SaaStr.
